More then half of European hospital pharmacists face a medicines shortages - Kopie

Recent survey by The Pharmaceutical Journal (PJ) finds that over half of pharmacy technicians have considered quitting the profession in the past year. The main reason was the feeling they are working too much and being paid to little. some respondents also painting a picture of a profession taking on more responsibility. Tess Fenn, president of the Association f Pharmacy Technicians UK (APTUK), warned that there are not enough pharmacy technicians being trained to meet the current and future workforce demand. In 2018, Association of pharmacy chain operators in Czech Republic warn against lack of pharmacy technicians and highlighted ever-decreasing number of students in the pharmacy sector, unattractive and disproportionate length of the university study.
